Ergonomic Risk Assessment (ERA) in workplace aims to identify and mitigate the factors that could potentially cause musculoskeletal disorders and other ergonomic-related issues among employee.

Task or activities that involve repetitive movements, heavy lifting, and awkward postures are ergonomic hazards. Therefore employer should appoint DOSH-regostered Assessor to conduct ERA for a safe, healthy, and efficient work environment.
